Refund / Cancellation Policy
Apna Market is operated by SSRV TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, Plot No 14/1, 1st Floor, Sri Vani Nagar, Ameenpur, Ramachandrapuram, Medak, Telangana, India, 502032. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Apna Market” mean SSRV TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Seeds and fertilisers
You can cancel an order before it is packed or handed over. Opened or used seed and fertiliser packs cannot be returned. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, call us within 2 days and we will replace it or refund it.
Equipment rental and farm services
Cancel at least 24 hours before the booked time for a full refund. If we cannot provide the machine or service on the booked date (for example due to breakdown or weather), you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back to the same UPI account used for payment, usually within 5–7 working days.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically or after you contact us with the payment details.
